In partnership with the Cinémathèque de Toulouse, the Palestinian Ministry of Culture, the Palestinian Cultural Fund, the Art Jameel Foundation and the Consulate General of France in Jerusalem. Conference by Asmaa Al-Atawna (novelist and freelance journalist who has worked on the documentary processing of Palestinian archives at the Cinémathèque de Toulouse) This event, conceived by Asmaa Al-Atawna, will take the form of a conference at the crossroads of her personal and professional experiences, with her encounter with the Palestinian archives as a common thread. It will be illustrated by two short films from the collection hosted by the Cinémathèque de Toulouse, which in 2023 undertook the conservation and digitization of Palestinian activist films.
